Our goal is to make every shopping experience a positive one. If you need to return or exchange a product, we’re happy to assist, provided the request meets the guidelines outlined below.

GENERAL

• Refunds or exchanges require a valid proof of purchase
• Refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase

Return Window
You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.  No Returns will be entertained beyond the stipulated period. 

Return Eligibility

• Unopened Items
  Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Opened Items
  Given the nature of our products, strictly No Refunds on opened items, used or un-used.

How to Initiate a Return

We will require the following information:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Condition of the item (sealed, opened, or damaged)

Returns sent in without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days. Once approved, we’ll offer:

• A full refund OR Replacement of item(s) In some cases, the item may need to be returned prior for processing or manufacturer review.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

• Reduced priced and clearance are treated as final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged, defective, or recalled within 30 days.
• In the event of damage, defect, or a recall, these items may be eligible for a refund or replacement once approved.

Additional Terms

• Returns above £ 100 or $ 150 or €120 are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total.
